  1. Add the base PDF first, then the overlay PDF (drag to set order).
  2. Set opacity if the overlay should be semi-transparent, then Process.

{ } How it works

Overlay PDF (Stamp / Letterhead) works on the files you upload. Adjust the options, then select Process ▸ and it runs entirely in your browser — nothing is uploaded to a server — then shows the result in the Output panel.

Inputs

  • PDF files — add the files to process (.pdf); they are read locally in your browser
  • Overlay opacity (0.05–1) — a value (default: "1")

Output

A downloadable PDF file — use the Download button in the Output panel.

  • Apply a letterhead or branded background to every page.
  • Stamp a template over an existing document.

  • The overlay is scaled to each base page’s size; matching page dimensions give the best result.
  • If the overlay has fewer pages than the base, its last page is reused for the remaining base pages.
  • A visible overlay is not security — it can be removed by determined users.
