How to combine PDF and image files into one document
Turn a mix of photos, scans, and PDFs into a single tidy PDF — choosing page size, orientation, and fit, all in your browser.
A common task: you have a couple of PDFs and a handful of photos or scans, and you want one clean document to send. There are two building blocks.
Step 1 — images into a PDF
Use Images to PDF (or JPG to PDF) to turn your pictures into PDF pages. Drag them into the right order, pick a page size (A4, Letter, Legal, or automatic) and orientation, and choose whether each image fits inside the page or fills it. The result is a single PDF of your images.
Step 2 — merge everything
Now use Merge PDF to combine that new PDF with your existing PDFs. Arrange the files in the order you want, and they’re concatenated into one document.
Both steps run entirely in your browser — your photos and documents are never uploaded.
Tip: shrink the result
Photos can make a combined PDF large. If the file needs to fit an email or upload limit, finish with Compress PDF — and if it’s only going to be printed in black and white, Grayscale first for an extra reduction.
