{ } When to use this page

Use it when your set mixes formats — a couple of phone photos and a screenshot, say. JPG to PDF and PNG to PDF run the same engine but only accept their own format; this page accepts both and lets you interleave them freely.

{ } Mixed images on one page size

On Fit to image, each page takes its own image’s pixel size, so a 4000-pixel photo and a 1200-pixel screenshot produce very different page sizes in one document. Choose A4 or Letter for a uniform document: every image is then centred and scaled to fit, keeping its proportions, with your margin and background colour.

{ } What is preserved

  • JPEG bytes are embedded unchanged; PNGs are embedded losslessly.
  • One image per page — there is no multi-image layout. For several pictures per sheet, make the PDF and then run N-up PDF.
  • EXIF orientation is not applied, so a sideways phone photo stays sideways — rotate it first, or run Rotate PDF afterwards.

Accepts .jpg, .jpeg and .png. HEIC, WebP, GIF, TIFF and BMP are not accepted; convert those to JPG or PNG first.

Images to PDF works on the files you upload. Adjust the options, then select Process ▸ and it runs entirely in your browser — nothing is uploaded to a server — then shows the result in the Output panel.

Inputs

  • Images (JPG/PNG) — add the files to process (image/png,image/jpeg,.png,.jpg,.jpeg); they are read locally in your browser
  • Page size — choose one — Fit to image, A4, Letter, Legal (default: Fit to image)
  • Orientation — choose one — Portrait, Landscape (default: Portrait)
  • Image fit — choose one — Fit (keep aspect), Stretch to fill, Original size (default: Fit (keep aspect))
  • Margin (points) — a value (default: "0")
  • Background color — a value (default: "#ffffff")

Output

A downloadable PDF file — use the Download button in the Output panel.
